Illana joined Swift Recruitment on the 1 st of November 2020 after the closure of Sage Recruitment. She has solid 21 years payroll and HR recruitment experience. She started as a Payroll Consultant at Sage VIP and joined the anew Sage Recruitment Team in 2003. Illana is an absolute specialist in Payroll and HR. Through her working experience as a Payroll and Recruitment consultant at Sage, she has built and maintained solid relationships with clients and candidates. Illana has a huge network and database of quality Payroll and HR candidates. Her network boasts talented and experienced SAGE Consultants, Payroll Managers, HR Managers and Payroll Administrators all over the country. Illana will stive to continue the Sage Recruitment services for Permanent Payroll, Temp/Contractors and Payroll Assessment services.

This enables him to give a true rating match and understand your specification, thus introducing you to quality candidates to suit your needs. Anco has Business Analysis, Software Development and Technical Specialist experience and was a Software Developer at Sage from 2005 to 2009, and Team Lead in the IOT space with Vodacom Business from 2009 to 2020. He rubbed shoulders with some of the best ‘Techies’ and Dev fundi’s and has in-depth knowledge and understanding of amongst others C#, VisualBasic.NET, SQL Server (T-SQL, Views, Stored procedures, Archiving), Python, Arduino, Thingworx IOT Platform, Networking, Windows Servers and Workstations, IIS, Web Applications, SOAP Web Services, RESTFul Services, Micro Services, Windows Services, JSON, XML, AI, ML, Asset Management, Fleet Management and Tracking, Electronic Sensors design (PCB), Soldering, Crystal Reports, Bizlink Server, MQTT, RabbitMQ and MSMQ making him a heavy-weight in assessing candidates in the Technical and Software Development field.
